SPL TOOLS s.r.o. specializes in the production of control jigs used in the production of glass for the automotive industry. Our products include mock-ups, stacking tables, sensor plates, templates as well as other more specific products according to our customers´ needs. We also provide service and maintenance of completed control jigs.

Thanks to our long-term cooperation with AGC Automotive Czech a.s. our branch office is located in the AGC Automotive Czech a.s. hall in Chudeřice under long-term lease by SPL TOOLS s.r.o. This branch has its own construction office, air-conditioned hall with a CNC machine for machining, model shop as well as warehouse for storing materials.

The production of tools for our largest clients (AGC Automotive Czech a.s., Saint-Gobain Hořovice) is based on the demand of their clients and priced according to a pricelist both sides have agreed upon up-front. All other production is first calculated and a budget for production is sent to our client for their approval. This includes maintenance and service calls of existing control jigs. All of our control jigs include 3D measurements upon delivery.
